Inspire 3 screen wake not working properly

I bought my Fitbit a week ago. The auto wake is turned off. Yet every single time I move my wrist it turns on. I've restarted the device. I've changed watch faces back and forth. I've turned off auto wake and turn it on and back off. I've updated the watch. Nothing works. Very annoying.

I have already restarted it several times. That was part of my troubleshooting. Nothing has worked. I have seen that many others are experiencing these issues as well.
