I've been having this problem ever since I got my Inspire 3. I do a regular route and the GPS distance is always wrong. I think it's 7 out of 7 runs now. I contacted support and have done everything they asked. Manual reset, update app (twice), clean the sensor, make sure GPS is on, charge to at least 80 or 90%, make sure to keep your phone close, check the stride length, check your height, etc. I do what is suggested and do another run and it still wrong and they keep coming back with something else to try. It's been 3 weeks of this. All I want is to have them exchange it. I think mine is a dud. Is there anything else I can do?

Therein lies the problem. I've been in contact with support and have gone back and forth 6 times now. I feels like all they want to do is keep making suggestions for things to try to get me to give up.

Hi, im having same issue with undertaking for awhile (months) and it's frustrating. I just completed 3 miles/44 mins run/walk on treadmill. the treadmill accurately tracked, the fitbit tracked <2 miles. have done everything you mentioned. maybe time for a new device. I want credit for doing the work.

undertracking, not undertaking
