My mom just got an Inspire 3, and within 10 minutes of getting it out of the box it has stopped working. She changed the clock face, and upon doing so the screen stopped turning on. It still vibrates when tapping the edge buttons and the screen flashes the Fitbit logo when restarting it, but the first thing she did when it stopped turning on was delete it from her app. Now, we can't change the clock face back to unbrick it, and because it won't turn on, we can't factory reset it to pair it again.

Oops forgot to ask the question lol. What should I do in this situation? Is there a secret method to reset it?
