Hi, @LinHi , without knowing exactly what you have tried it is difficult to advise you further, but here  is a list of suggestions to work through if your Fitbit is not syncing. (I personally would not recommend removing your Fitbit from your account - the final suggest in the help article - because if that doesn’t work you are totally stuck….)

Having said all that, if your Fitbit is exactly two hours off, this could be a time zone change issue.  Have you travelled recently to a different time zone?  Sometimes a Fitbit easily changes the time zone when travelling, but has difficulty returning to the home time zone.  In that case you need to change your time zone in the app.  From the opening, Today screen of the app, click on the gear icon top right.  On the next screen choose “Date, time, and units”.  The fix for a time zone setting that doesn’t update properly is to select any WRONG timezone, set it in the app, and sync.  Next return to the time zone setting and choose the CORRECT time zone and then sync again.  This should force the update.  Of course, this presupposes that your Fitbit is syncing as expected.

I hope this helps.  Let us know if any of these steps work for you.  Welcome to the forums!

Thankyou so much for your assistance.  Unfortunately I have done all of that, many times and nothing is working. Going to let the battery run down completely and see if it will sync after recharging!!!! Who knows!!!!!!
