Inspire 3 - Sleep Duration

This probably has already been addressed, but even the simple sleep duration seems way off. The tracker obviously identifies quietly lying in bed as sleep. My tracker ist off by at least 2 hours. I see the only way to compensate is to set a timeframe for the sleep recording. Bit surely there must be a better solution than that?

Lol!  I have the opposite problem.  I so much as wiggle a finger in my sleep and Fitbit says I'm awake!  Sometimes, it says I am awake and dreaming at the same time.  On the other hand, I take my Fitbit off for 1-2 hours every morning and it says I'm asleep!  I would not use Fibit sleep tracking as an accurate record of your sleep patterns.

Yes, set to sensitive and wearing correctly. Last night I was awake for 2 and a half hours but according to Fitbit, I was sleeping. Obviously we should not expect perfect sleep tracking from the device, but this is way off. Also it doesn't know when I fall asleep. I guess I got sucked in by some clever marketing. 🙃
