Inspire 3- Sleep Tracking disappeared from dashboard

I received an Inspire 3 for Christmas 2022. The app installed and I set the watch up just fine. It has been working flawlessly until last month. I didn't authorize any updates (myself- may have been automatic).. but it just stopped tracking my sleep about 3 weeks ago (mid-April). All other functions are normal.

APP:

The sleep tracking section of the dashboard has disappeared from the TODAY screen, and it cannot be chosen from the list when you hit the EDIT button. It is NOT there at all. It is NOT listed under the "Additional Stats" either.
If I choose the DISCOVER tab- and scroll down to the Health & Fitness Stats link- The Stat choices are listed there. The ones on my Dashboard have a green checkmark and are marked "added". The other ones listed - do not have checkmarks. Some of these (when clicked on)- can be added to the dashboard (Glucose, Menstrual, Water, Food). Others (Wellness Reports, Sleep, Heart Rate, Hourly Steps) can NOT be added.. Wellness requires a Premium subscription, but the others have an "OPEN" button that does nothing when pressed. WHY???
To try to get sleep mode back, the APP has been uninstalled- phone restarted- and reinstalled (several times as well).

Inspire 3:

100% Fully charged. Has been restarted (many times).
Under Settings- SLEEP MODE is turned on and has been toggled between on/off several times while restarting, testing. The quiet mode/sleep schedule has been on and off during testing as well to try to get sleep mode back.

Data: Under Account Settings/Delete Data- Sleep Score- Review Data.... the app has tracked my sleep since I started- up to May 7th, and none since. Even though I have made sure that sleep mode is turned on (the Watch) for the last week before bed.

The sleep score is one of my top priorities for even owning this watch. Without it... the watch is practically useless for me.
I can find nothing from Fitbit that indicates that the sleep score (or other data tracking) was Free for a trial period and then I "must" have a Premium subscription to keep it. I'm NOT signing up for Premium, just to see if I get my sleep data back.

FIXED!!
Thanks for the prompt response... I continued to fiddle with the thing- and decided to go ahead and reset it. All the original items on the dashboard have returned. But- for further information for others, I will answer your above questions:
1) I did NOT clear the cache- as I didn't run across that setting location. Where would that be found?
2) Yes, Green LEDs were active

3) The watch was always in WRIST mode.. but I did toggle those settings while trying to figure this out.

4) Heart-Rate monitor continued to work on the watch- but it could not be seen on the phone APP.

5) The Sleep mode is always on- to auto recognize sleep.

Again- THANKS for responding.

@LMF-1960 , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message and for your efforts and research.

On the settings on your phone, go to apps>Fitbit app and clear the cache. Don't worry all synced data will remain saved in your account.

Restart your phone (off/on).

On your Inspire 3, do you see the green LEDs blinking?

Do you have it on Clip mode or on Wrist mode?

Do you see a heart rate reading during the day?

Do you start the sleep record on the app or do you let the Inspire 3 autorecognize your sleep?

@LMF-1960 , Thank you for your reply and good news! I'm glad that everything worked out well.

The answers would have helped to determine if the missing heart rate would have influenced that the sleep info would not be displayed on the app.

To answer you  question regarding the Cache setting, this can be found on your phone settings > apps>Fitbit app

I had the same disappearing sleep stats issue as above. I ended up disconnecting Bluetooth with my Inspire 3 and re-establishing, and the sleep info came back. I don't have a "Cache" setting in my Fitbit options, just Location/Bluetooth/Media & Apple Music/Siri & Search/Notifications/Background App Refresh/ and Cellular Data.
