I have an Inspre 3 and it is no longer showing benchmarks for my sleep. Anyone know what happened?

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you have an Inspire 3, and it is no longer showing benchmarks for your sleep. 

This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation. 

Could you please verify if there is an update available for your Inspire 3? The most recent update for the Inspire 3 is the Version 214.24: What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

In order to update your device, please read and follow the steps shown here: How do I update my Fitbit device?

It's recommended as well to verify that your Fitbit App is up-to-date, the last update was the 4.42. How do I update the Fitbit app?
