Hello friends,
I live in the eastern United States and my Fitbit Inspire 3 is saying that spo2 is not available in my location. Has anyone else had this issue and found a way to remedy it? Thank you.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @BroMacharya. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Inspire 3 and SpO2.
Please confirm that your location is set to the United States. If you’ve traveled recently and your location changed, this might be preventing SpO2 from being enabled.

My location is set to the United States and it is fully updated but I’m still having this problem. Spo2 is not functioning.

Thanks for the response @BroMacharya.
Could you double-check if the location is set to the U.S. in both your phone settings and the Fitbit app? Also, it’s always a good idea to confirm that your phone’s software is fully up to date. date.
In addition:
One trick that often works is 'resetting' the display. Try changing your clock face to any other design, then switch back to the SpO2 one.

Good to see you for the first time in the community @Gehogg.
I'm sorry to see that you are unable to use SpO2.
I'd like to know if you tried the steps listed in the posts above. In addition If you are using a VPN, turn it off, as it may trick the app into thinking you are in an unsupported country.
