Why does the online app have a higher step count than my Inspire3 tracker? The difference isn't large (~100 steps), but, I'm curious to know where these steps are coming from.
TIA

Hi, @Jmarkp, welcome to the community. Normally, I would anticipate the reverse would occur. Your Inspire 3 syncs data to the Fitbit app, but this is not a constant process. Steps might accumulate on the Inspire 3 & then when synced, update the Fitbit app. If you touch the "Steps" tile on the Fitbit app "Today" screen, you should see something like this -
Note the source. In my case, I have "Health Connect" set up. How do I use Health Connect in the Fitbit app? - Fitbit Help Center explains how this works and how some data may have come from another source (like your phone)
I hope this helps.
Cheers

I have the same problem. It's so annoying that Fitbit can't get this right. I went through all the steps to "correct" this as was told when I called Support and it happens again and again. This is only one of problems I've had with my Fitbit.
