I just got my new Fitbit today and no matter what I do the time will not change to 12 hour. It’s 9pm and the clock on my Fitbit says 09:00. I’ve changed the time settings it in the app and on the website. I’ve changed the clockfaces, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and reseted my Fitbit, reconnected it, nothing works! I've tried a number of combinations and it won't change. I've also tried turning on background app refresh and that didn't work as well... I’m getting very frustrated!

Hi @Faye987 if it's 9 pm and you see 09:00 on the screen, then it is showing it as 12 hour. If it was on 24 hour time, it would show as 21:00 hours.
