Inspire 3 - Text Message Notifications

I have tried everything to get my text notifications to work, including a factory reset.  My daughter and I both got our Inspire 3 Fitbits from the same place, at the same time, and she gets notifications and I don’t.  Please help!  This is driving me crazy!

Hi, @KristinZubiena, welcome to the community. May I suggest you review a few settings (you might find it convenient to compare your settings with your daughter's) First, check that you do not have "Do not disturb" or sleep mode activated on your Inspire 3 Swipe down from the clock screen on your Inspire 3 to "sleep mode">if its "on" tap the icon to toggle it to "off">now swipe down to & touch "settings"> swipe up to "quiet modes, check the "do not disturb" slider is "off">swipe to & touch "Sleep mode" and put the slider into the "off" position, also check the sleep schedule is in the off position. Now visit the settings in the Fitbit app on your phone, from the "today" screen touch the battery% in the top left corner>notifications>set the "mirror my phone" slider to "on">alternatively place to the "off" position and see the calls, text messages etc selections come alive, here you can select specific source of notifications. Useful if you have more than one email client, calendar or text message app.

I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Thank you for responding. I have done all of that AND compared my settings
with my daughter's settings. I forgot to mention that I do get
notifications for phone calls.

When I follow the directions below, I cannot find the "mirror my phone"
slider.

Now visit the settings in the Fitbit app on your phone, from the "today"
screen touch the battery% in the top left corner>notifications>set the
"mirror my phone" slider to "on">alternatively place to the "off" position
and see the calls, text messages etc selections come alive

Hi, @KristinZubiena, What is the make, model & iOS of your cell phone? Is it the same as your daughter's?

Please let us know by posting here.

Cheers
