Hello, I bought an Inspire 3 in early September and by the end of October, the screen became unresponsive. I was updating the watch and after 10 minutes, I disconnected it from the charging cable when the screen went black. I've tried charging it for long periods of time using different chargers and ports, restarting, and changing the clock face.
The watch face continues to stay black and the app says unable to connect with device. I'm not sure what else to do.

Hello Mario,
Thank you for responding! There are no lights visible on the back of the pebble. Prior to the screen going unresponsive, it would have a green light. I can confirm that I am on the most up-to-date version in the App store. However when I am in the Fitbit App, it says that there is an Inspire 3 update available.
I have tried the other suggestions, but the watch screen remains unresponsive and within the app it is unable to connect with the watch.

Could you please take a look into the following help article? Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
(It's worth trying the advice given there).
