I have turned Heart Rate Monitoring off, synced my device, turned it back on, synced again, restarted, still nothing.
I have turned Hear Rate Monitoring off, synced my device then restarted and turned it on, synced still nothing.
I have tried just about every combo of restarting, syncing, and turning it on and off. Nothing is helping. This stupid thing won't work properly. This is the second one I've purchased that's like this. What's the deal?

I also want to add all updates have been installed, I'm wearing it properly, it's set to wrist mode.
