After the latest update a couple of months ago, my Inspire 3 will not stop auto-detecting my walks, whether on a treadmill or walking around town. I get a pop up on my Inspire that I cannot cancel (see pic), and I have to accept it, then pause it, then stop it EVERY time, or often multiple times per workout.
NOTE: I already have ALL of the “Auto Recognized Exercises” set to “Ignored” in the app (see pic), but it doesn’t help at all.
I simply want to see my current steps on my Inspire Home Screen and nothing else. Can anyone please help?

Hello @Everest29028 and welcome to the Community. A recent firmware update added a new feature that is different from SmartTrack, the feature you adjusted. This new feature can start the Exercise app for six activities: walk, run, bike, elliptical, rowing, and spinning. You need to turn it off in your Exercise app on your Inspire 3. Swipe left/right on your Inspire 3 and open your Exercise app. Choose walk. Swipe up on the “^” to get to the settings. Look for Auto-start and toggle it off. You must do this in each shortcut.

Ah! Wish I’d known about that effect of the update. That did the trick. Thank you, Laurie, for your help! All the best!

Hi Laurie, I face the same problem even after manually updating in Fitbit device. Still Fitbit is detecting spinning and biking.

I keep getting "Mountain Bike" when I push my dog's buggy. There isn't a "Mountain Bike" in the list to turn off!
