Inspire 3 all previous data gone and not providing new data

My inspire 3 was working great until 2 days ago when all of a sudden all my previous data on the app has disappeared and the app is not synching with my tracker

Let me help you with your data stored through your Fitbit app.

For the issue that your Inspire 3 is not updating any new data, please make sure your device is paired to your account:

- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the devices icon .
- You should see the image of your Inspire 3

If not, tap Add more devices, choose your device and then follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

In regards to your previous data gone, make sure you are logging into the right Fitbit account. If you recently created an account with a different email address the old data stored will remain in that account.
