I just got my first Fitbit. I can't believe how buggy the software is. The screenshot below shows average heart rate being higher than max heart rate during one of my runs. I'm a software engineer. If there was one hard rule I would introduce into a fitness tracker, it would be that average heart rate cannot be higher than max rate. Surprised to see Fitbit screw up such basics. Also notice how my active zone minutes are almost double the duration of the exercise. Fitbit, get your act together.

Hi, @icode, welcome to the community, how strange! I suggest you restart your Inspire 3, see Update, Restart, and Erase So far as the AZMs are concerned you may find this article of interest What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?
