Yesterday I charged my Inspire 3 until it was fully charged. Today it is suddenly unresponsive, with a black screen and no tracking data available.
I contacted Live Chat, who asked me for my email address and said I'd be emailed possible solutions. I received the email 12 hours later, which merely told me to restart my Fitbit, which of course I'd already tried and failed to do. I have only had the Inspire 3 for 18 months. My previous Fitbit died after 2.5 years. This is getting preposterous and a total waste of money. I'm now going to look for a different brand of fitness tracker. Not happy at all.

My fit bit inspire 3 not charging to max - not recorded steps achieved - only 4 months old - not impressed- will aim to re- set as you were advised & see ? As a gift I have no receipt- fingers crossed it comes back to life - I guess I shall follow suit & find another brand
