My inspire3's screen is black. I slept on it and it gone into night/sleep mode I think.
I can't get the screen to work as I can't see anything. I can press the sides and it "vibrates" but I can't see the screen to do anything. Please help 🙏

Hi there, @GeorgieJames. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Inspire 3.
As a first approach, please restart your Inspire 3 as suggested here. Then, please try turning off sleep mode. For a faster way to access certain settings, swipe down from the clock screen. Tap a setting to adjust it. When you turn off a setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

@GeorgieJames I don't think you are stuck in sleep mode. The screen should respond and the brightness gets set to dim in sleep mode. That being said, you can restart your Inspire 3 with the charging cable. Attach your Inspire 3 to the charging cable in an appropriate charging block/USB port. Press and hold the buttons for 10 seconds, then release. It should vibrate and you should see the Fitbit logo. You mentioned that you pressed the buttons, but did you hold them for 10 seconds? Please contact Support if this restart doesn't show the Fitbit logo and your clock face.

Yep, put it back on charge, pressed the sides, and it vibrates but there's nothing on the screen.

I'm having the same problem. But when I follow your instructions exactly, the Fitbit logo flashes on for a few seconds and it goes dark again.

I'm not impressed with this Fitbit at all, this is the second device they've sent out and it still keeps doing it.

Inspire 3 is defective. Fitbit should recall it and issue refunds to all buyers.
I had another model of Fitbit for many years before it stopped working.
