Hi, @Patti31080 , have you managed to set up your Inspire 3? If not, I would suggest trying the set up while it is still plugged in and charging. Once you have it set up there are more troubleshooting steps you can try.
Often when a Fitbit appears not to be charging the issue is that it has become unresponsive. A restart will often fix this. You can try the restart procedure even if you haven’t set up your device. To restart:
Plug your Inspire 3 into an outlet and plug known to be working (you may want to test your outlet and plug with a different device, for example your phone) to confirm this.
While it is still plugged in and charging press and hold the sides of the device (the “buttons”) for at least 10 seconds (if the device is unresponsive sometimes you need to hold the button for significantly longer).
