Calories burn count mismatch between FitBit and Android Phone

Hi
I have an Inspire 3. There is a huge mismatch between what calorie burn count I have on my Fitbit and my phone (Android Health App). Here are two data sets from different days to show my problem.

Phone Health App  - 12,536 steps and 405 calories burned
FitBit - 14,560 steps and 2,697 calories burned

Phone Health App  - 11,266 steps and 353 calories burned
FitBit - 12,798 steps and 2,582 calories burned

These are all on city walking.

I understand the differences in the steps, BUT the calories burn count by the FitBit dont make sense! 10,000 steps should average 300 to 400 calories. How can I be burning over 2000 !

The setting in my app says Cal and not Kjules !

What is my fix ?

I guess Android Health App shows you only active calories but Fitbit shows all - resting + active. Also, mind there would be differences in algorithms and Fitbit uses your HR (not steps) to estimate your calories. You are comparing apples to oranges.
