Inspire 3 Quick Replies

Hi, some people may have asked this already but I still didn't get it to work. The quick reply option won't come up onto my fitbit inspire 3 screen. I only have the option "clear." I was wondering how to solve that. Also I already have put in some quick responses but they won't show up.

Hello @average_student and welcome to the Community.  You don't say what type of phone you use, but quick replies are only available for Android users.  If you use an Android phone, can you give a few more details?

How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device?

@average_student   As a fellow iPhone user, I just want to add that it is an Apple limitation that prevents us from using quick replies.  It's out of Fitbit's control.
