I have a fitbit inspire 3. the screen went totally black. the sides vibrate but I get nothing else .
I wanted to put another face on the watch but it went totally black after that.
I tried restarting it (10 second hold) but no indication of a restart, still all black.
I tried removing and readding the device but unable to add it due to the black screen.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi, @khnn777 , if you have removed your Fitbit from your account it will not be possible to re-add it because you will be unable to read the number on the screen and no actions from the app will be received by your device.
In this case I would try the restart a couple of more times. You could also try letting the battery die completely and then restarting.
However, in this case I think it is most likely that you are going to need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support. You can see the ways of getting in touch by going to Contact.fitbit.com . They will let you know your options. I am sorry not to have better news for you, but welcome to the Community Forums nonetheless.

Thank you @Julia_G . Yes i realized that removing it wasn't a good idea. Even with the blank screen I could have still used it to track my steps.
I am letting it drain and let's see what happens in a few days... fingers crossed!

Fixed! Took forever to drain the battery but the restart eventually fixed it!! THanks a ton!
