Inspire 3 blank screen

Hi there. I did some looking around and can't find a solution. The other day i went to charge my inspire 3. Took it off the charging cable and the screen doesn't turn on. My fitbit app says it's charged at 100%. I've tried the method of holding the side buttons and changing the clock face but nothing happens. Any suggestions other than sending it in for warranty?

Hi there, @Deltajune80. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire 3 is still blank. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As per the description of your post, it sounds like your Inspire 3 has run out of battery even if you saw 100% on the Fitbit app, note that the battery level on the Fitbit app updates every time you sync. That means that if your Inspire 3 hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync. 

With the above being said, 
I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.  

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Inspire 3. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
