Inspire 3 blank screen

Updated Inspire 3. Received message successful. After short while screen/face went blank. Tried suggested fixes. Got a screen/face for a short time, then no screen/face. Attempted fix again. No success. Inspire 3 is less than 1 year old. Very frustrated!!!

I was reluctant to update my Inspire 3, as when I updated my other Fitbit
(LUX) it never worked properly again. Despite contacting Fitbit support the
issues were never resolved. I am hoping there is a fix for this issue.

@MarreFitbit, is there a way to perform a Factory Reset on an Inspire 3 device without using the device screen to do it?  

If there is a screen issue of any kind that prevents the user from going through the settings to perform a Factory Reset, if a simple restart doesn't resolve the problem, then the user is left with a brick that can only be returned for a replacement device.
