I got the fitbit inspire 3 in January so it is under a year old. Just recently the side buttons on it stopped working. I tried resetting the fitbit and it worked but then the screen went black and won't come back on. The side buttons are vibrating and working now, the screen just flashed white a few times and has yet to come back on in a couple days despite me trying the tips on here for changing the clock face and resetting the fit bit. Neither have worked.
I have been trying to find a way to contact customer help because I believe it should be covered under warranty, however, it has been very difficult to try and get in touch with them.
I just tried to do the factory reset by disconnecting the fitbit from my phone and holding the side buttons until the screen turned back on... it did not work. What should I try next?
