I have an Inspire 3, probably less than a year old. I always used to rely on the Mobile track option whenever I happened to forget my Fitbit but tonight I just noticed there is no Mobile Track showing now. How do I activate it?

Hi, @Chess , they don’t call it Mobile Track any more - it’s just there as an option labelled “Phone”. From the opening Today screen of the app click on the device icon (smart phone and watch) top left. On the next screen under Devices you will see the option of “Phone”. Click on that and on the next screen you will see “Start tracking activity from this phone?” Click on “continue” and follow the instructions from there.
For full information on using your phone to track your steps, distance and calories, please see this help article .

Nope - my phone is already a device on my app. It simply does not sync from the steps in my phone. In my phone's "Health" app, it shows 1200 steps that I just took. But it will not sync those to the app. How do I fix this?
