The screen on my Fitbit inspire keeps blacking out and won’t show anything, but it vibrates and it’s still charging and tracking. It stays black for ages then suddenly comes on for a bit then stops working again. It’s like there is a faulty connection.
I’ve tried the restart as described on the community page but nothing happens and I can’t see if there is a smiley face or anything because the screen isn’t working.
It’s only just over a year old, surely this shouldn’t be happening?

Hi there, @AlisK. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire 3 is still blank. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!
I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here. Please stay tuned to your inbox, someone will reach out to you shortly!
In the meantime and if you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend the following steps:
If the above doesn't work, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Anyone else finding customer support do not get back to you? My Fitbit isn’t working properly, yet there has been no response to my email. I appear to be having an established problem as they have deleted my original post as repetitive. Anyone know a good method of contact that is tracked/logged?
