Inspire 3 clock was not syncing so I attempted an update. Inspire 3 is now completely unresponsive. It has been on charge overnight and buzzes when connected to charger. Otherwise screen is black. I have attempted restart several times. I have also reinstalled the Fitbit app on my iPhone, however Fitbitapp is now not recognising my password. I have requested new password link but have not yet received one. Inspire 3 is 2 years old. Any suggestions?

Hi there @CaroLanx! A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts.
Have you already updated the Fitbit app? Fitbit recently released a new update of the app.
I suggest you try to restart your Inspire 3 again but with the charging cable as your device is unresponsive:
If you want to sign in with your Google Account, to reset your Google Account password, see the Google Accounts help article.
Afterwards I suggest you follow the instructions described in this article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

If this doesn't work, you can let your watch run out of charge, then charge it back up. This will force restart it.
