anyone else has problems with not syncing and now i cant bluetooth pair and linking?
it says "There was an error while trying to bluetooth pair your device. would you like to try again"
?? ive done all solutions but nothing work
I am too, I went to try and disconnect my inspire 3 from the app, couldn’t resync it, deleted the app and I can’t sign in. I think it’s an issue with the app ? I restarted my phone and my Fitbit and did all of the troubleshooting. None worked.

Earlier it was not updating my data on the app.
Best AnswerChecks out haha it should still have your data on your Fitbit. Hopefully they get the app working soon. I was also trying to check my sleep when I noticed it stopped syncing at 4:50 am and I was just like what the heck
Best AnswerOkay it seems Google has resolved the issues as I was finally able to log on the the Fitbit app with my Google sign on. It then asked me to set permissions and now it's up and running again. JFC!
There is a 3rd party web dashboard that works great!
Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and setting it up? Worked for me. Good luck!
