Inspire 3 calories burned wrong data

Hi, excited to use my new Inspire 3 in the pool today. Heartrate tracked at vigorous to moderate for most of my 1625 metre swim but says I only  burned 277 calories. If I enter this manually as an exercise it gives me 466 burned which is accurate based on all the calculators out there. Any idea why the calories burned count is so low? Thanks

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the calories burned tracked by your Inspire 3 while swimming.

My best recommendation would be restarting your Inspire 3 and double check you're wearing it correctly, since this can impact the data tracked by your Insprie 3.

Thanks but I already had everything set properly, still do and it never calculates my swimming calories burned correctly. I will continue to enter manually

Thanks for letting me know how the situation went, you can also try restarting the device and then check if it works the same way.

Hi and thanks. I’ve done that too and it still undercalculates calories
burned Swimming. The only time it calculates correctly is when I go for a
hike.
