hi!
i have had my active zone minutes turned off for almost a year, but still get them on my inspire 3 device. i've gotten the device replaced and the issue persists. the people who work in the support department haven't been able to figure it out. has anyone experienced this? any tips or insights? i need them off because the sensation is uncomfortable
