Inspire 3 can't change clock face

I just bought a new inspire 3 and am having trouble installing the juxtapose clock face. I believe both app and watch are up to date, as no update is available when checking for new updates.. Any ideas why I cannot update the juxtapose watch face?

Hello @Torr1600!  Welcome to the forums!

Thank you for sharing the details about your Inspire 3 that is unable to change the clock face.  I appreciate all the information provided.

Please confirm that your Inspire 3 Firmware version is Version 220.31:

  • Open your app.
  • Tap the battery icon in the top left corner.
  • Open Inspire 3.
  • Swipe to "System" to find your current system version.

If your Inspire 3 does not have the latest version, check if your app displays a banner at the top indicating that an update is required.

Hello @Happytrout23It’s nice to see you here!

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is unable to change the clock face.  Thank you for the information provided.

In this case, you probably have an update available for your watch. Please open your app and check if a banner appears at the top indicating if there is an update pending.

  1. Open the Fitbit app with your Fitbit nearby.
  2. Tap the Today tab  Devices, select your Fitbit Inspire 3.
  3. Tap Update.
    • Tip: This is only available when there's an update available.
  4. Follow the directions on the screen and keep your Fitbit close to your phone, tablet, or computer. After you start the update, a progress bar appears on your device and in the Fitbit app until the update is complete.

If you don't see the update banner please go to clock faces tile, the app should show a pop up to install the missing updates, follow the instructions and try a restart.
