Inspire 3 change to 24-hour clock

Hello,
I can't go into sDate, time & Units section on app settings for my fitbit inspire 3, the app just closes.

I wan't to change the clock format to 24-hour but it won't let me do that, it just crashes the app or sets me back to the app home screen.

How do I fix this?
I am logged in with my google account

ok i found out i had to go on the website and do it, but it wont work on the app

If the Fitbit app continues to crash, I suggest you to try the following:

• Check if the Fitbit app needs an update.
• Force quit the app and try again.
• If the issue persists try to delete and reinstall the app.
