I used an Apple Watch for years, but I really miss wearing my regular watches. I’m looking for a step-tracking alternative that isn’t worn on the wrist but still counts steps accurately.
If you’ve used the Fitbit Inspire 3 with the clip accessory, how has your experience been? Where do you wear the clip for the most accurate step count?

Hi there, @kaholpa3. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm glad to hear that you're interested in getting the Inspire 3 for a clip based fitness tracker.
If you wear a wrist-based Fitbit device and move your body while keeping your arms still (or vice versa), you may see a slightly different step count than if you wear a device clipped to your clothing. When you wear a Fitbit device in a clip, make sure you wear it properly. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
I have personal experience with a Fitbit One and an Inspire 2 in a clip and both of my devices were pretty accurate. However, keep in mind that clip devices could undercount steps if you were walking on something like soft, plush carpet. The same thing might happen if you have an anti-fatigue mat. For more detailed information, see How accurate are Fitbit devices?
