Inspire 3, counting steps while moving my wrist.

hi, I have a problem with the steps shown by the band, when I wave my hand or even while sitting, I write on the computer, it adds me steps, in my phone I have, for example, 2000 steps and the band shows 6000

Hi, @Steps. , welcome to the community, you may find this article of interest How accurate are Fitbit devices? which contains advice & guidance on "Steps". You will have noted your Inspire 3 uses your arm movement to determine the "Steps" you take (as do all wrist-worn devices). Your phone (in your pocket) on the other hand does not detect it in the same way.  If you want to change the data this article How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities? tells you how.
