I got a new fitbit, Inspire 3 in December, it’s been working fine until now, I changed my phone last week and since then the sleep function hasn’t been recording in the app, any ideas what I should do?

Hi, @Simmymonie, welcome to the community, may I suggest you check the settings on your "Today" screen in the Fitbit app on your phone? Touch the "Edit" button on the upper right (all of the tiles will now show an "X"), swipe up to the bottom, and if the "Sleep" tile is missing you will find it lurking there under "Additional Stats" touch "Add" and return to the top to touch "Done".
