Inspire 3 display is not working

3 months before I bought Fitbit inspire 3 after 45 days display was not working I could see lines alone. That’s is moving up and down while scrolling I raised month ago they suggested steps to solve this problem but nothing helps so they said going proceed further for replacement. from last week alone start seeing the “in progress”. Anyone facing some delay? When will I get replacement
