Inspire 3 display problem

Screen gone black with a couple of thin coloured lines.  Have tried to reset it, but did not resolve.  Seems to be still collecting data and syncing with the app, but nothing in any of the screens on the fitbit... help please, or how do I get a replacement or a refund? It's less than 6 months old.
