The battery went to 0 and when I charged it’s not working right. Stick on a text message. Before it was stuck on wanting to time a run. Can’t get out of it. Stays on

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Inspire 3. To hopefully get things fixed, please first have a look here to make sure that your device is able to be charged:
Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If your Inspire 3 has been charged and still won't work as expected, please try to restart your device. To do so connect your Inspire 3 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a reliable power source. Then please press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds. Release the buttons when your Inspire 3 vibrates and you see the Fitbit logo.
