Has anyone found an aftermarket elastic band that fits the inspire 3?

Hi, @Den726 welcome, I have not. The Inspire 3 is relatively new and as such, presently not well served by the "Third-party" market on retailers such as Amazon. I can only suggest you look again in a few weeks.

Yes instead. Aliexpress has several bands at a fraction of price of the original ones.
