Hi everyone,
I'm new to this subreddit so forgive me if this question has been asked in the past. My Inspire 3 app allows me to add a total of 6 excercise shortcuts, however only 3 of them appear on my wristband. This means I constantly need to scroll through the "full list" in order to log my excercises. Are others having the same issue? Is there a way to resolve this?
Thanks,

Hi, @jiwacfa1 welcome to the community, you are probably aware that there are regular updates to device software. The present status is described in this article How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center. In your Inspire 3, you'll find that selecting your exercise from the "modest" list of 40 and using the setting will now appear at the top of the list to a maximum of 3.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

I dont think you quite answered his question. Actually, I'm fairly certain he just copy-pasted my question from a subreddit I posted earler today. Nontheless, the question isnt about updating the list. Its about getting the list itself to appear the way it should(with a total of 6 different excercies). As of right now only 3 of the 6 excercises are displayed. How is this corrected?

Here's a picture of what my app is telling me. All 6 shortcuts are in use, but only 3 appear on my wristband.

@Gr4ndp4 Thank you for your help .
@jiwacfa1 @Arkie08 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your messages and the picture provided.
The picture shows, what was used on the Inspire 3 as a setup for the shortcuts. This is still in the app for those devices that have not gotten the last Firmware update.
After the latest update (as mentioned by our friend Gr4ndp4 ) the Inspire 3 will show you the list with the 40 activities. The Fitbit app will not be needed in this case to update the shortcuts.
The menu with the 3 shortcuts that you both describe in the tracker will show you the latest/ most used activities. Meaning if your most selected activity is running, you'll see Running in that "short" list so that you don't have to scroll over 39 other activities to find it.
This "short" list gets updated with your selection of activities.

Thank you for your response.
Right, so essentially what you're saying (somewhat vauge) is that it is no longer possible to have a list of 6 shortcuts in my wristband? And as I usually rotate between 4-5 different excercises, I just have to get used to scrolling through the list to be able to use all my excercises?
Thanks,
Arkie

@Arkie08 , Thank you for your reply! The more you use/ select an activity, it will get upper in the list, and if it was one of you 3 latest/ most used activities they will appear in the shortcuts menu, so that you don't have to scroll over the 40 activities to select the most used.
The shortcuts menu will still appear, and will automatically populate your activities, only not with the ones selected on the Fitbit app

I think this update is horrible. Why not just let us pick the exercises that we use and not load the rest? Why did you take that functionality away? I swim and walk outdoors and walk on the treadmill. I see no need to swipe through all 38 & 40 exercises to get to my 3. My fitbit 3 is not updating to the most used exercise so I have to scroll every time. This really is a huge inconvenience and I am really disappointed in Google for forcing me to conform to this "new update", that doesn't work, when it previously worked fine.

I am aware the 3 most recent exercises are placed in the shortcut(top section) of the exercises. I however don't understand why your answers are so vague. My question was *specifically* if there was a way to make all 6 shortcuts from the phone-app to appear as shortcuts simultaneously on my wristband. I take it the answer is simply put *no*, but you don't seem to want to say it.
The reason I'm specifically asking for the 6 shortcuts from my app is because I have more than 3 different exercises I use on a regular basis. Since the update, since only 3 shortcuts are made on my wristband, I have to scroll through the massive list of exercises all the time in order to logg my 5 regular activities.
Best regards,
Arkie
