I just got my Inspire 3 yesterday. I fully charged it, set it up, linked it to my phone, set up the clock face, set alarms... Everything seemed to be working fine.
Fast forward to the middle of the night, the light turned on a few times and was bugging me as I set it with a clock face that had white font. I decided to change the clock face to something not so bright. I started downloading and installing a new clock face and the watch went blank. I tried to reset it, the fitbit logo comes up and then it turned black again. I plugged it into the charger and reset it. I tried turning my bluetooth off and on again. I tried restarting my phone. I tried changing the clock face via the fitbit app, but it said it was in the middle of changing the clock face already. I cleared the fitbit app's cache and tried again. I went online and searched for information on how to fix it. I found this forum and read a few posts and I had already done everything that I was reading about.
I spent about an hour on it at 5am (I normally wake at 8am) and at about 6am, I decided to give up and try again during the day. I wanted to track my sleep and my morning walk, so I paired my Inspire 2 to my phone to use that for the night and it deleted the Inspire 3 off of my devices on the fitbit app.
I'm now trying the same things again, except this time my Inspire 3 is unable to sync to my fitbit app as the Inspire 3's watch face is black. It shows that the Inspire 3 can be connected to my bluetooth, however I need to use the app to connect it. I'm unsure if it showing up on bluetooth matters at all?
Is there anything else I can do?

Well I went to the eitre and got one on the in Germany so called garantie so that I got one for free perhaps you can do the same

Hi , I have the same problem got my new I spite 3 yesterday so now after I changed the wallpaper the clocks screen is black and I can’t do anynthonf I can restart it and the logo of Fitbit appears but that was ist the vibrating mechanism works but the screen is black. Would be nice if someone could help us. Happy holidays

Hi, I have the same problem (tried to change the clock face, now Inspire 3 screen is black). Restarted several times, but screen remains black.
Any idea to solve the problem?

Hi, I contacted the Fitbit support: Fitbit will sent a return shipping label. I should return the tracker and Fitbit will replace the tracker (warranty replacement).

Mine was a gift. Too bad, i never got to appreciate it
