Hi,
I recently bought an Inspire 3 as a gift for my girlfriend, and unfortunately she's woken up this morning to find that the screen has dark lines across it and is not displaying the time properly.
We have tried restarting it but it's not had any effect. Is there anything else we can do?

Hi there, @bobmullard. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot your girlfriend's Inspire 3 before posting here and for the images attached.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted the Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change the clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change the clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi Maria, thanks for your reply.
We have already tried the restart as per the guide and unfortunately it didn't make a difference. The clockface is already set to the original clockface, so there's nothing we can do there either I'm afraid.
The screen has got worse now and you can't really see anything.
