Inspire 3 heart rate problem

Saw similar posts in the past but not sure if this was resolved. Have had my Inspire 3 for about 2 months and finding heart rare is starting to inaccurately fluctuate. Ex. Recorded 115 but actual rate was 65. Have tried repositioning it and tightening the band but still seeing inaccurate (high) results.  Will try contacting customer support.

I have had erratic heart rate readings well before the update.  In warm weather when I am sweating the heart rate graph will fall to the 70s from the 120s even though my pace hasn't changed.  I just assume the sweat is causing it to lose contact or it's sliding around a little.
