My Inspire3 won't sync today. It did an update yesterday but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I've tried the tips/steps in the help section. HELP!

@KathyJo-1 have you tried restarting both your Fitbit and your phone? That is usually the first thing I try when I get unexpected behavior from my Fitbit.

Oh yes, several times.I finally added my Inspire3 as a new device and it did sync.
No daily scores but I'm hopeful for tomorrow. Thank you!

I have lost the Bluetooth connection several times since the update. I have to "forget" the Inspire 3 to get it back.
