For the first few months, I found my inspire 3 to be great to track my dysautonomia flares. However, recently, the HR tracker has been all over the place. Specifically, I usually get readings in the 130s just walking or sitting and when I check a pulse ox, my hr is . I feel fine but those high readings can concern me when I’m feeling a little off in the middle of doing something. I don’t know why I’m getting readings that are bpm higher than my actual bpm. Especially with POTS, I want to be able to accurately measure my vitals throughout the day so I know I’m not pushing myself too hard..
