Hello folks, wondering if any of you here had this issue. Idk what happened I woke up today and my Fitbit is just doing random stuff as if I was touching the screen. And then it just stopped that and now it is not responding to any of the touches. I tried to force restart it by connecting it to charger and then pressing the buttons but that just restarted it and didn’t do anything. I have the Fitbit inspire 3.

Hi there, @vistakril. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire 3 is not working properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
