I called the Fitbit product support line about this problem several times. I followed their instructions (downloaded version 4.55 of the software & restarted my Inspire 3, paired the software and the inspire 3 again) but still am experiencing the same problem. Every time I sync the Fitbit software with the inspire 3 it loses steps. This looks to me like a software bug and I wish they would fix it. Very frustrating and disappointing!
Best Answerin researching previous posts I have found that this is a common problem with the inspire 3. Why can’t Fitbit fix this problem?
