I have an iPhone 16e, running the latest iOS for it. All of a sudden one day, I don’t get a cardio load target. The day before I had taken it very light as I had been going pretty hard. The next day there is no target and the next day neither. This doesn’t make sense to me at all. I read previous comments and followed recommendations, but no target load reappeared. It’s like taking one day off cancelled the whole thing out, or maybe it always does this at the start of a new week?? I can’t imagine why it suppose it’s possible.

I use a versa 4 and same thing has happened to me. Getting targets every day and then stopped from 20th Oct and nothing since. I have not changed training pattern and get all other stats. Very frustrating.
