inspire 3 ver.63.20001.188.58

andriod ver.11

does NOT sycn, and cannot update

both fitbit and smartphone have been re-booted.

fitbit applycation has also been re-installed

I hope your issue has been sorted by now.  I have another issue, but I cannot find anywhere else to post as most of the relevant chats are closed for response.  I am unable to sync my steps after I was forced to migrate to a Google account.  It says disconnected and not syncing.  Is this the end of my Fitbit journey since I began in 2016?

Than you for the advice, BUT, although done all the steps indicated, still NOT syncing...

Sync failure notification pop-up on inspire 3 screen...

Thank you for your response.  The same here. This may be the time to say sayonara to Fitbit community after 11 years, just because of Google. Good luck to you.
